Fable Kindergarten is a great place for my daughter to start her schooling experience. It’s welcoming and safe and my daughter loves being there.
I have a 1 year old and a 5 year old who have been attending for a year now. I can not tell you how much I adore and appreciate all of the wonderful staff.
I have to say that I have 2 children ages 5 and 2 and have used various daycare’s in Kindergartens and this is by far the very best I have ever used.
Fable Kindergarten is a great place for my daughter to start her schooling experience. It’s welcoming and safe and my daughter loves being there.
This letter is to recognize you and your staff for doing an excellent job teaching my son. His skill level is significantly better since attending Fable.

Jocelin Sitorus
Chair of the BoardJocelin Sitorus is the Chairman of the Board of Governors for SEEd Academy. She is also the CEO of Property in KPN Corp. She oversaw the development of Gama Tower, the tallest building in Indonesia where The Westin Jakarta is at, as well as many other projects. She is an Indonesian with permanent residency status in Singapore.
Jocelin graduated from NUS Business School in 2011. She is passionate about education and believes that education is the way to break the chain of poverty. She founded Wilmar Business Indonesia (WBI) Polytechnic in 2015 which specialises in entrepreneurship.
Being a mother of two young children, Jocelin believes that early childhood education sets the foundation of one’s future. In establishing SEEd Academy, Jocelin wants to bring the high quality of education Singapore offers to Indonesia. In working closely with the Singapore University of Social Sciences, she believes that SEEd Academy can make a difference by enhancing early childhood education and becoming the leading institution in Indonesia.

Chia Puay Leng
Head of AcademyChia Puay Leng started her career in education as an early childhood educator more than 20 years ago and she has since worked as a teacher, trainer, leader and consultant in international preschools and K-12 international schools.
Puay Leng believes that the early years are the most important foundation years for children to develop their character and attitude towards learning. Being a bilingual programme specialist, she supports the introduction of a second or third language as early as possible for children to become fluent and confident in learning languages.
Puay Leng holds a Master in Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Nelly Lim
General ManagerNelly has over 25 years of experience in the office management and operations, which has given her an in-depth understanding of office administration, facility management, employee relations, welfare and training. She has worked in the hospitality industry as well as an international school in Medan.
Nelly loves being with children and seeing them learn. She decided to join SEEd Academy because she believes that virtue-based education is the foundation for developing future leaders.
Nelly holds a Bachelor degree in International Business & Management from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon, USA.
